The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"

It remains to be seen how drain works in winter conditions and had some issue with a $50 charge I did not see buried in fine print (thought it should have been on page one with the cost summary), but drain looks great and lawn is coming back in decently (rain day after caused seed to collect in pools and I had to rake as best I could to spread). If drain works as expected, I would upgrade to 5 stars."
