"Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. "John was responsive and quick to set a meeting for an estimate. he honored the Angie's List deal for a panel upgrade plus a slight upcharge for going from a 100 amp to 200 amp panel. He also inspected an outlet I was having issue with. This original work was done on 5/27/2016. Unfortunately, when the cold weather came and I turned on my electric heat, it didn't work. I called John and he quickly made an appointment for one of his electricians to come out and check the heat on 11/14/2016. Adam and another gentlemen came out and assessed the issue and was able to get the heat back on as the heat was hooked up to another area in the attic of the house, Adam was also able to trace the outlet I had issue with, put a blank cover on the outlet and ensured the wiring was tied off and not an issue. They took there time and found out the issue and corrected it quickly. They also didn't charge me for the second visit. Honest and professional. Do not hesitate to contact John and his guys!"
