"Clint started off strong as a handyman. His workmanship was excellent, his rates were fair, and he was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, there began to be recurring issues with schedule management and timely communication, which negatively impacted my projects. A miscommunication ultimately led to offense being taken, and he abruptly discontinued work via text without notice to my surprise. Disappointed though I am, I?m thankful for the work he was able to do and wish him all the best as I start the process again to secure another handyman for my remaining items and to have on hand for regular maintenance in the long term. "We had questions about the work since they cut up our old cover and used part of the pipe with the new install and the install was not very attractive. Was not at all like the photos of the work they would do which we were shown when getting the estimate. When asking to talk with Ron about the install he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. He would not talk with us and just accused us of trying to get out of paying for the job. We just wanted to discuss the work and why it was different than expected and Ron was argumentative and disrespectful. We have never been treated so badly in our own home. We paid him and asked him to leave. A customer should be able to ask questions and discuss the work which was done and not be treated with such disrespect and accused of trying to get out of paying."

"System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend"

"Contracted with them at the end of December for new entry/storm doors. It'll be a couple months, great, fine. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! Cancelled again! Now April!"
