These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
