New Look Exteriors went above and beyond to give me an honest and thorough assessment of my damage BEFORE even talking any numbers. They took the time to even get on my roof to see if there was any damage up there, fortunately there wasn’t. It showed me that they truly care about their work and will stand behind it. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. In 2019 all of our other windows were upgraded to hurricane rated. In both cases my wife and I were completely satisfied with the quality of the products and especially the quality of the installation. Also in both cases it only took two days to complete the work.
