"The Tri-County Kitchen team wa super easy to work with and they were all professional, courteous, and friendly. We had our kitchen remodeled and the work included new counters, new cabinets, new flooring, new sink and faucet and new finishes. The work was done in a timely manner and completed in the time we were told it would take. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer and explain everything and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They made small adjustments to the design that would better for our family and was always willing to help with design suggestions! The installation went perfectly. "It was a pleasure to work with DB Design. I wanted to do a kitchen remodel and started calling around and contacting various local remodeling companies. Most of the companies either never contacted me back or laughed when I told them what I wanted to do and what my budget was. DB Design was different. They contacted me back almost immediately and scheduled a day to come out to my house for a free consultation. Doug and Rita came out and spent over an hour with me about what I wanted, some options that could work, and making measurements of the dimensions of the kitchen. I mainly worked with Rita from that point on and she was a great communicator and was prompt and patient with all of the questions that I had. Rita was good at working with my vision of what I wanted in the new kitchen and also gave helpful suggestions when I thought something would work but probably wouldn't have in the long run. She got in touch with contractors that were fantastic and got the job done in a timely manner. Overall it was a wonderful experience and DB Design really took a lot of pressure off because I knew how much they cared about making me happy in this major renovation of my house.
