"Overall Brian and his sub-contractors did an excellent job at meeting our expectations. They delivered a final product that left us extremely satisfied. - Price o During the initial quoting phase Brian was extremely responsive. Of the roughly 10 contractors that were willing to quote our work scope, Brian’s estimate was one of the most competitive. o Throughout the entire process he held to the base price. He was willing to accommodate on several occasions for small changes (i.e. paint colors, window placement, etc.), was reasonable for changes outside of work scope after the contract was awarded (change of countertop material, change in wiring) and worked with us when unexpected items arose (ceramic sub-floor). - Quality o The work that was conducted surpassed our expectations. A majority of the work was done correct the first time. That which wasn’t (minor paint touchups) were immediately corrected. Brian was always willing to accommodate our requests and never made us feel as though anything that we asked was unreasonable. - Responsiveness o Brian met with us weekly to walk through our project on a weekly basis. We would review the work that was completed and examine the upcoming work scope. He was always available via phone to address any of our concerns and attentive to email as well. - Punctuality o See above. The crew was able to complete the project in the agreed upon 3.5 month timeline. - Professionalism o Brian and his sub-contractors were all very courteous and professional. He got me a bid within 48 hours, which was remarkable compared to the turnaround from other firms, and which was also very helpful when dealing with the insurance company, as this was an unforeseen insurance claim related to a weather event - the price of the bid was very competitive and fair. Ultimately, we had to go with the firm that the insurance company was recommending, so our hands were tied - but I would certainly have felt more than comfortable having Doug's company complete this job. "Luiz was the first to respond to our request for a qualified wall tiler on Angi’s. He came within 2 days and gave us a very reasonable estimate to install the ceramic tiles in our newly renovated bathroom. Two days later Luiz and Leandro started the floor and wall installing and worked nonstop . Luiz advised us what color grout would look nice and even designed a beautiful pattern for the shower niche. They worked nonstop and completed the job in 2 days. We are so happy that we hired them and couldn’t be happier with the end results. We will definitely hire them again when we renovate our powder room. You won’t be disappointed if you get them to install your tiles. Luiz truly is a master of his craft.
