Work started in mid-September which was fine as it gave me time to select and purchase the tile, toilet, vanity, towel bars as well as plumbing and light fixtures. The renovation took about 2 and 1/2 weeks. The line of communication was positive and transparent....Carmen answered questions, showed up when scheduled, and cleaned up thoroughly when leaving for the day as well as when the job was complete. He listened to our expectations and offered suggestions without being pushy. He gave us a quote and told us that was the final price even if he ran into unexpected problems. He also offered a flexible payment plan. Dino and John, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While McCann Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship.
