My basement had so much rain water coming in that I had sand bags in one of the rooms to help soak up the water and I still needed to use a mop in other areas! Harry came the next day to meet with me after I called them and went over everything that needed to be done! If I didn’t understand something, Harry took the time to explain it to me! I really appreciated that! And all the workers were GREAT! G&J really have a great group of guys working for them! They were always willing to answer any questions I had! "JJ's crew redirected out downspouts and installed a French drain all across the front of the house and down the side yard to drain in back yard. They also tied drainage to our basement sump pump. Then they regraded the area in front of the house and poured a new sidewalk. This was in March. It's now September. We haven't had ANY flooding in the yard or in the basement. Even during heavy rains, the sump doesn't need to run. All the water is being handled. The grass they planted didn't last through the summer (grass wasn't guaranteed) and I'll be replanting now. But everything else is great. I was on a learning curve with this type of project and James was patient with all my questions. I would work with JJ's again."
