"Jeff is an amazing professional. This is the second time Jeff has worked to repair parts of my front walkway after a winter thaw and before Easter, when all of my relatives would be over for the Holy Day and would be taking pictures in the front. Jeff worked diligently to find the stone pavers that would work with the dimensions of my front walk. He repaired 2 collapsed steps and replaced pavers that had cracks in them. Jeff makes sure everything looks good and will last. Jeff took all of the crumbled stone pieces with him, so I didn't have to worry about any of the clean up. I know that if I need another project with my walk or outdoors, I'm calling Jeff again."

They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. I was disappointed that only one young guy was sent to set the building in place and he didn't have the tools to corectly make sure building was level. I may need to have someone come out for minor adjustments. "The entire process went smoothly. John was very professional during the quotation process. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and John guided me through the process. I did end up using the Trex Transcend Tropical Spiced Rum deck which is the top of the line of Trex material. I went with the all black Trabscend railing system. My deck is quite large and includes an octagonal eating area, a walkway and a large rectangular deck. I copied my old deck footprint which we love. I also added a full Trex skirting to the deck as well. Bottom line, it's a big deck! Demolishing the old deck went well. They worked almost a week in building the footings and substructure of the deck. It is twice as large as our old deck. Memorial Day weekend came and went and they finished the deck and railing. They cleaned up every day and left nothing for us to pickup. Nothing. There was no smokers and not one butt was to be found. As we near retirement, I wanted a maintenance free deck that looks good. We are greatly pleased with the Trex product and John and his crew craftmanship. I am very pleased with The Construction Factory's craftmanship, work effort and courteous professionalism.
