"They sprayed interior and exterior, and we were pleased to see that they took special care in kitchen and in pet areas. The treatment controlled the ants for several months. When ants started to return (not surprising given outdoor conditions), we called them and they promptly returned and retreated. We have been very satisfied with their service and continue to use."

"The front office was friendly and professional. Dave, the experienced technician who came by, was friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. He listened as I described the pest problems and the locations of the infestation. He then used that information to focus his efforts. He explained the technologies he was using and what I should do and not do to make the application most effective. The results? Within a few days the problem was completely gone. Not a single roach in the four years since Dave came by."

"Thank you for running an honest business! You solved the problem and saved me a lot of $???. I was about to be taken for a ride by a ruthless, aggressive sales rep from Terminix. You also restored some of my faith in the American craftsmanship."

"I paid $200 for a thorough cleaning and inspection of my fireplace . Didn’t know the ash box is not included in the cleaning . Ridiculous. It’s the nastiest part of the fireplace. They didn’t advise of this before the cleaning nor offered to clean it for an additional fee. Yes, I emailed asking why . Just that it wasn’t covered. Ripoff"

"I called on a Saturday night, not expecting a reply until Monday. I received a text within minutes, we discussed the price, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day - a Sunday. Milton gave me a window of time for his arrival, then texted me 30 minutes before his actual arrival. He explained the work to be performed before and as he performed it. The number of ants decreased dramatically the first day and then disappeared within days."

"They took my money for a year of service which includes monthly rodent pest control. I got one month of service and nothing since. Contact with the company and their customer services is horrible. Excuse after excuse for why they are not showing up and their office staff member, Megan, is nasty. DO NOT USE THEM! Currently being ignored and waiting for a phone call."

"I contacted Pest Chase first thing in the morning about a very large wasp nest that had been built in a tree in my front yard. Sundar came out within a few hours to evaluate the nest and provide a quote. He returned that afternoon and removed the nest. After a few days, we noticed a few wasps were still hanging around the area and he came back to spray again just to make sure they were gone. Sundar was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt, and I would certainly hire Pest Chase again."

"Miche is great, until you actually have a problem. They serviced my house on a quarterly basis for approximately 3.5 years, and the technician basically said that everything was fine during each visit. Fast forward to when it becomes obvious there is a rodent problem, Miche promptly sends a technician out on two occasions. The technician identified potential points of entry on the first visit, all of which were present and visible during the past 3.5 years of service. The final visit, the technician was "stumped", so Miche recommended their pricey specialist service. A new Miche assessed my house for additional points of entry, all of which were visible with a naked eye, which their specialist would seal for a ridiculous price, which I agreed to. On the date of the service to seal the holes, the team arrived an hour past the latest window provided when the appointment was scheduled. There was no proactive notice from Miche to inform me that they were going to be so late. Once they arrived, it's clear that the guy that did the initial assessment either didn't convey his recommendations or the team was incapable of comprehending them. At every juncture, I had to continue to coax them to do certain things that the man that conducted the assessment recommended. For example, I was instructed to clean the closets out because they would check those two. I had to tell them to do the closets, and I asked about the bedrooms, which they seemed like they would have skipped over. I even had to ask about the roof, which the person who did the assessment specifically identified. One of the holes that they identified was under the sink, where I had previously been told that there was only a small hole and it had been stuffed. I asked about the spray they were using and how it differed from what I normally receive. The technician didn't even seem to know that I was an existing customer. He told me how it combats insects. It wasn't until I reminded him that I had a rodent issue, that he claimed it addressed that issue as well. Two days later, I saw droppings again. This experience felt predatory. I was charged an exorbitant rate for a poor job of identifying entry points, which for three years have been "invisible" to the team regularly serving my house. Several weeks later, my regular technician returned to assess the recent activity following the sealing. Once again, he was stumped and referred the matter to the matter for another team to investigate. My appointment was confirmed, I hired a plumber to move the dishwasher, arranged for a friend to meet them, since I was out of town, and Miche failed to show up or give me notice despite me reaching out about the appointment. I've recently started working with a new company, and they informed me that the outside bait boxes hadn't been refreshed in a long while despite Miche saying that they recently added new bait."
