"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

"Mohamed was great! I hired him to fix a 5 yrs old Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer that was no longer cooling/freezing. He arrived on time and promptly went to work. Within 30 minutes, he had a diagnosis for me - the appliance had a leak and no longer contained any refrigerant. Mohamed laid out my repair options, but told me that the repairs might be short-lived and I might still have to buy a new unit. I really appreciated his kind responses to my questions and concerns. He didn't mansplain everything as most repair technicians do when speaking with women. For a small fee, Mohamed also did a maintenance check on my Kitchenaid dishwasher that had leaked a few times recently. Since the repair fee was 1/4 the cost of a new refrigerator, I had Mohamed replace the refrigerant. This will give me some time to find a new unit should I need to purchase one in the near future. For any future appliance repairs, I'll call Mohamed."

"The number one most amazing company, service, and people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Umar and Jason went so far beyond the call of duty to help me buy and install a new washing machine the SAME day mine broke. This was not a normal emergency of having a broken washer. I was having a medical emergency with my daughter and needed a working washer. Umar and Jason shopped, bought a washer, and installed it the same day. They hauled away my old machine. Their fees which included the cost of an extra large Samsung washer were fair and reasonable. I should have been charged a concierge charge because that was the level of service they provided..I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair or installation of a new appliance. "Repairman Chad is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did give up until he identified the problem with my induction stove top. And it was an electrical problem and not the stovetop at all. He is courteous, pleasant , and was very mindful not to damage the hardwood floor. I was able to get an appoimtment the day I called and Chad arrived at the expected time. There was even a courtesy phone call to let me know of his ETA. I am very pleased with the service provided."

Sami arrived the next morning, promptly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed to repair the control board in my refrigerator. He then contacted me a few days later when the part arrived, scheduled a quick appointment, and installed the new control board.
