In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. Making the switch from a traditional gas furnace/Electric HVAC is no small job, but Bert Miskell walked us through every step of the process, answering all our questions, without trying to "sell" us on his product the way another company did.
