"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. "I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.
