"Everything went perfectly. Al Cleaver came out, with a good knowledge of what color our existing floor is, and provided us several alternatives/choices that would match. We had seen three previous flooring stores, and somehow nothing seemed to work out. We put down our deposit, and arranged for the wood to be delivered and acclimated in our home prior to installation. Every appointment was kept, on time, and communication was excellent. They did a superior job installing and within the timeframe we were told. Any mess was kept to a minimum, and cleaned up. Highly recommend this company. "I have been a Customer of Barton Carpets before. I first had carpet put in my home. Jerry showed up at my home first thing in the morning and had the job completed before lunch. Carpet is still in great shape and I was so pleased with this company from my past experience so I decided to go back to Barton's for some hardwood for my living room and vinyl for my kitchen. The salesperson, Joe, was absolutely great. He helped me decide from so many choices. They came out to my house to measure and advised what would work well with all my animals and foot traffic. I shopped around and was happy to find out they were the best price for the goods I picked out. Didn't hurt they have been the most friendly to me neither. Everything was scheduled and I was told they would be there in the morning the day of the install. The guys showed up early and completed the hardwood and vinyl within two days. The installers were gentlemen and the job turned out great!! I recommend them because they completed a great job and they understood what I wanted from the beginning. I am also a realist, I understand that every company may have an issue every now and then but they have handled everything with nothing but professionalism. Thanks everyone for another job well done.
