His team spent hours two stories up replacing siding and went the extra mile by fashioning water diverters from the wall into the gutter (which would have prevented the problem in the first place if the builder had taken that step 28 years ago). When additional rot was exposed Greg's team replaced those boards, caulked, and painted the replacement boards in one afternoon. His team cleaned up everything prior to departing."
