"The job was done very well and as promised. The employees were polite and cleaned up after the job. Several weeks after the job I called and asked for a quote to extend 2 of the downspouts out past my flower beds. The President of the company came out and offered to extend the one and actually re-work the other one so it completely missed my flower beds. When I asked how much it would cost, he said we will cover it. This was awesome customer service and beyond what I had hoped for. They came out the next day and did just what he said they would, at no additional cost to me.
