"I called Nathan and he answered right away. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. I called a few other places and he was the only one who could answer my questions and give a free estimate. He came within the hour, replaced our water heater and the piping around it all within the price he first gave me, will definitely use him as our plumber!"

"Excellent professional service from start to finish."

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If the in house service is as good as the over the phone services you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the help !!"

"The work was completed in an efficient and professional way..My project was quoted and the price was fair for the job. The job was completed on the same day. The plumber was prompt and arrived on time as promised. The bottom line is that I would recommend this company to family and friends.i would hire again for other projects."

"Good experience with Pioneer office as they called and followed up until the day of service.  Gilbert, the plumber, arrived on time and provided enough details for me to hire Pioneer on the spot. Gilbert did mention there may be a possibility of extra parts needed but I had a budget to stick with and with labor plus a small part, Gilbert came in & around my budget.  Considering I was leaving out of town and needed this done, I didn't mind paying a little over my budget for convenience.  No messes or clean up needed.

"Everything went according to plan thanks to Ryan Swartz. Ryan kept us informed about every step of the process. I give all the credit to Ryan who kept me in the loop at all times he was very Professional and I would definitely recommend 3D Solar to all my family and friends."

"We are very pleased with all the work done, including cost.  We received straight forward info on the estimate and the work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Often when we realize we can't do a home repair ourselves, we dread having to locate someone who can.  Given the response time, the jobs/repairs completed and the cost,  we can honestly say John Petralito is nothing less than the best.

"Jason and crew were great. They were quick and curtious. Kept me in the loop during install and this is a really great product. I recommend going with a tankless water heater and CDS will make it happen."
