We elected not to go through with the big job and decided upon replacing the flooring in our two bathrooms. "I can't be more pleased! I needed 2 sheds power washed, painted 2 colors to match my home, trimmed with lattice, and a hole cut for a "window" AC unit in one shed. They had every right to reschedule with us at the start of our project because my husband dropped the ball and didn't move his junk away from the sheds. They moved his junk and started the project. "The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

I selected some tile and a tub I wanted, and contacted him to schedule the work. The job took five days and he showed up on time every morning. His work was clean each day, as he protected the floors and the tub during the work. I live alone, so I wasn't around a lot while he was working, but he texted me about the progress each day and was very helpful throughout the process. What was extraordinary about this particular job is that I didn't order the right amount of bullnose tile, nor did I have the right grout, but George made some recommendations for some alternatives for finishing work and even was gracious enough to pick up materials several times for me.
