"Russ and his crew were punctual, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Not only was the work and clean up done exceptionally well but the price was several thousand dollars less than another contractor had given me. Yes, that's correct, several thousand! Prior to the job, Russ inspected my roof and took pictures of my chimney which was in need of major repair or replacement (I didn't even know there was a problem). Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! "Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"I submitted note to Steve through Angie's Listing requesting his services.  I added photos since ours seemed to be quite the job.  He called and came out right away to survey what needed to be done. Steve went over the various options so our home would have a quality look when the repairs were completed.  The brick had to be removed and replaced on one side of our garage door.  Also, our other side was buckling due to water on sidewalk, etc.  Steve and his group removed old brick, then replaced with some new and a few old brick for color and continuity.   It was quite the job.  I was also given various ideas to repair other items that needed attention.  The job was completed within the time frame Steve quoted and even below the cost. 

Our home looks beautiful, the brick and grout color accurately matched and brickwork seamless.

Steve and his group was very friendly, professional, and very hard workers.  I was extremely pleased with this company and would certainly call again for their quality service.
