"I got in contact with Jesus at 9:30pm and he was able to come out the next morning to fix my garage door, which had a broken coil. The door was inoperable. He replaced the coil within an hour of arrival and also tuned-up the door, which as great and it's much more quieter"

"When my husband closed the garage door when he left for work I heard a loud thud from the garage.  Upon investigating, I discovered that one of the overhead springs had snapped.  I called Pride at 8:30am.  My call was handled by a polite woman who answered my questions and gave me a quote.  She told me that someone could be at my home between 10 and 11 today, no extra charges.  They showed up on time, but had to come back because the carpet cleaner was at my house.  They came back around 1:30.  Installed the new springs quickly and efficiently.  When they were looking over the whole door system it was discovered that the cables that help raise the door were fraying.  I was told the price to replace them was $40, I thought this was fair so they set to work.  They did a great job, no mess, very polite, respectful and courteous.  A big plus was that they are so thorough they found another potential problem before it caused a HUGE problem; those cables could have broken and  the very large and heavy door could have landed on us or our cars!  I learned a lesson to check ALL the parts of the garage door from time to time! 
  We will definitely hire this company again, as they are very knowledgeable and great to work with!"

"John promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment for the next morning to have him take a look at my garage door opener which was not working correctly.  John was able to figure out immediately what was wrong and got the opener working in about 5 minutes.  Since it was such an easy fix he helped me reprogram my opener and also serviced the garage door.  He noticed that when the door was manually lifted it was quite heavy.  He asked me if I had the spring replaced recently and I said yes...about a couple of years ago.  He adjusted the spring and then oiled all the hinges.  Great job.  Highly recommend John for the great work.

"The arrived late which they notified and the installation took longer than what was promised. The garage door installation was not done properly as I noticed a severe noise that the garage door was making that wasn’t there before the installation. I noticed they left a hole in the garage which I did not realize until the installer left and I’ve been trying to contact them ever since."

"Ryan called to let me know he would be arriving in 20 mins. On time. Asked a few questions, removed the lock, found the problem and explained what he needed to do. Told me the cost would be $40 for the service call and $35 to repair the broken lock. Fixed the lock in his truck and was back in 10 minutes. Reinstalled the lock, accepted my check and was gone all in about 15 minutes. Ryan was extremely polite and gave me advise to not use graphite in the lock. WD40 only!"
