"We had slow draining issues in our house which became an emergency situation 3 days ago. Called several plumbers with no answer or response. Then I went to my NextDoor app and saw a recommendation for MakeItDrain. Called them and got a response that evening from Peter. He was able to come the next day. Decide to check Yelp reviews as well and was happy to see good responses. Peter and the guys assessed the situation, gave me my options, and dug a 6 foot trench to a broken sewer line. We were back up and running with a new section of pipe under the parkway and hydro jetting and sleeve from parkway to city line under the street. Peter worked with me to stay within our budget. They have different crews for different things and the service was just amazing, I couldn’t ask any better than that! We’ve replaced the old windows with vinyl windows. Removing the old insulation in the Attic and install new 12 inch high (R38) insulation. Painting the exterior walls and wood eves and trims with life time energy efficiency paint. Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."
