"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain. <br /> When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew. <br />"

"I had a great experience with Soel from SR flooring. Him and his team were very responsive throughout the entire time they worked on the project. I really appreciated that he was available to start the project quickly. I had already purchased the flooring and just needed his team to instal and they did in 1.5 days (about 1400 sq ft). I especially liked that he would pull me aside throughout the day to ask me questions about certain preferences I might have had in certain rooms. "Great. Curtis answered all my questions over the phone. I submitted a sketch of the garage floor 540 sqft and several photos. The quote took a few days but I received it over e-mail. I selected the color from the website. I asked if he could add silver glitter and he included for free. The whole process took 4 visits. Each morning I received a phone call from the office telling me when to expect the workers. Each day the workers came within the time window. The 1st day they forgot to coat underneath the stairs but I texted Curtis and they took care of it the next day. All in all, the communciation was good. We are happy with the results. My house painter took notice and thought it was good work at a good price and even asked for the contact. Thank you."

"They showed up on time every day and were there for a few hours. After the polyurethane was applied to my garage floor the epoxy ended up drying with hard bubbles on the surface. Which I researched and could have been caused by outgassing. Regardless, Vision Flooring reached out to me the day after they were done to see if I was happy with the installation. I pointed out the bubbles and they quickly remedied the situation. They came back out, sanded down the initial job and refinished the floor which now has no bubbles. I went with the Granite Gray color and I am very happy with the result right now and will check back in down the road to provide an update on how it holds up. Be careful when deciding on a company to do your floor, I came across some shady companies who gave me mixed messages."

"Daynan is an absolute magician when it comes to the design, quality and workmanship for epoxy floor coverings.  I picked Imagine from Angie's List after during my research on epoxy floor coverings, reading lots of consumer reviews and learning about the entire process.  I contacted Daynan for an estimate, he came out, looked at the job and answered every single question I had with respect to his process and procedure for installing the best possible floor.  Believe me I had a lot of questions!  :-)  He walked me through his entire process from grinding out and preparing the floor to the number of coatings to the amount of flake he dropped and to the final sealants he used to finish the floor. <br /> Needless to say we struck a deal, set a date for the install and Daynan gave me a very good, fair price compared to the other quotes I received.  Daynan showed up on time and completed the job in two days just like he said.  Our garage size is just over 600 square feet.  He showed me his entire process from beginning to end.  I even watched him open up the concrete with a diamond grinder by hand!  He does it that way because he gets a better prepped floor to receive the material and coatings.  I was blown away!  In summary I could not be happier with the work,  the overall result of the install and Daynan's professionalism.  I would highly recommend Daynan and Imagine to anyone looking for a professional grade epoxy floor install or redo.  We have a totally new garage floor and I can now move my office out to the garage and enjoy my new space.  Thanks Daynan and Imagine! <br />"

"We had large areas of blackened hardwood flooring in our dining room and laundry room from a cat that started preferring to pee around a couple of litter boxes rather than inside the boxes. I called Tulio based on Angie's List reviews and he immediately sent me photos of repair work he has done on other customers' honey oak floors. The photos showed flawless work so I hired Tulio. He visited a couple of days later to survey the area and he gave me a quote. He came out the next week to do the work. The soiling of the floors was deep into the wood and could not be sanded. Tulio and his helper removed portions of the floors and replaced them with the same oak planks, then coated them with a glossy polyurethane to match the rest of the floors. I could not be happier. The floors look great. He explained that it takes some time for the new planks to darken a bit to match the rest of the floors perfectly but they already look beautiful. The price was very reasonable."
