"George came to price an outlet installation for my new washer. He was so direct and honest and reasonable that I hired him to do it on the spot. Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is."

"Everything was done well and done quickly! Very reasonable as well since Joe found a way to wire the doorbell without tearing up half the basement (which has plastered ceilings - no drop). Really happy to finally have our video doorbell installed without paying an arm and a leg. Unlike some other contractors Joe did not try to sell me on a hardwired chime I don't need because these video doorbells can ring your Alexa or Google home. Everything completed between 9 and 1 on the same day. Very efficient."

They have completed many projects/repairs small and large (full panel replacement after water damage to installing a exterior spotlight). "Hello Everyone! I'd like to give Milltown a shout out for installing our new HTP Combo unit. I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water. Milltown was able to hook up a temporary hot water tank so my family had access to heated water for showering, dishes, etc. Everyone I spoke to were genuinely concerned and could not have been more professional in their workmanship, cleanliness, and finished product. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "If you know what you want done, they will do it professionally. The office is courteous, they show up as promised, and they are direct and forthright.  When they make mistakes (a few years ago there was air in the oil line after they serviced the oil burner) they come back immediately and fix it without charge.
 On the last visit, they cleaned the A/C and checked it out.  They also, at my request, insulated the refrigerant pipe between the unit and the house and charged me for parts, but not for extra labor, etc. It was done neatly and correctly and I was pleased.
I also had them install a new heating system and central air several years ago, with zoning.  It was a retrofit.
While they worked professionally, there were several things I was not pleased about.  They oversized the A/C, never taking the information I supplied and the zoning into account. The zoning flaps "leaked"  (they repaired some of the problems under warranty, without a hassle and no longer use that supplier), and they insulated without sealing the ducts (my fault for assuming that based on their literature that sealing the ducts was part of insulating them?)
