"Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

"Due to the dollar amount involved for the work, I requested several proposals from different companies and Morris ended up on our short list. The reason for this was that we were impressed with the punctuality, responsiveness, creativity, knowledge and general approach. Andrew Previte came out and did a walk-thru of our specifics. He then quickly emailed us two different Lennox estimates - one to replace the unit that we currently had and one for a smaller unit, which was great. He also mentioned we should replace the pump - something we had not realized. We found his approach very professional and collaborative - he clearly came across as if he cared about our specific needs. Their pricing was very reasonable - compared to another vendor for the same unit. We would definitely recommend Morris to anyone with similar needs."
