"In January, Jeff came to service my boiler, which had been shutting off randomly and required several resets. He broke the bad news that the boiler would need to be replaced relatively soon, but understood my need to plan for it and was helpful in providing information without "mansplaining." He talked through options and answered questions. When I was ready, I didn't hesitate to go with Jeff and crew for the replacement job. The quote was fair and I trusted him and his team to do right by me for such a big investment in my home. The system that was installed is practically a work of art! They even tucked the new water heater around the corner from the original spot, creating more space in the main walkway area of the basement. They were communicative, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. It's been 3 months and the new system seems to be working beautifully. Looking forward to seeing how it performs and saves on heating costs during the colder months. I'll keep calling Griffin Heating & Plumbing for all of my needs."

"Steven showed up and was able to repair our AC after two years of multiple repair companies that could not help. Everyone else said we had to replace when Steven was able to determine that it just needed a quick repair. He was professional and so pleasant. English is not our first language but he was so patient with us. Highly recommend!"

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"Peter was great. Very responsive and right away told me my water heater might be under warranty and it was! He checked this for me and I was happy to hire them for the new installation which was scheduled quickly and performed great. I would hire them again"

"They installed our malfunctioned water heater the same day. Jonathan and Raul did everything very professionally. We highly recommend them and will be using them for our next projects."

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. They are expensive compared to many but worth every penny we spent."

"Snaked main sewage drain and solved the water backup issue"

"I don't recommend contractors lightly—someone has to earn my trust first. That's exactly what Smarlyn and the team at HP Mechanical have done. They've completed several plumbing projects for me personally, including work in my own home, as well as plumbing on all of my fix-and-flip properties and many of my real estate clients' homes.
