"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. Jason did a thorough inspection of the roof, provided detail pictures of all areas needing attention (inside and out), took the time to listened and explain, and help us with dealing with insurance, including himself calling them, to get right information across and get proper adjustment.
