Showed us preliminary findings, and obtained our permission to take samples for lab testing. We felt he listened to, and responded to, our concerns. Overall a very professional experience. "They were quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our leak was taken care of. They also took extra time to make sure our older roof would pass inspection. Bradley was awesome! He came out the day after I spoke with him, and had a quote sent within a few minutes of visiting my home. He was thorough and communicative, and they really care about their customers! "I have lathe and plaster walls so having the option to have a dog come and smell was the best for us. Corinna and her dog Catalina were very professional (I have 2dogs of my own which we put outside). Catalina and Corinna are very professional pair I would highly recommend them to check for mold if your in need of this type of service. We do have mold and will be dealing with that issue. Mold is an issue in western Washington. I have been sneezing multiple times in a row when I sneeze for a few years and found out that is a mold related issue. "
