"The technician spent 3 times as long as he should have. Put a new condenser on the unit outside and told me the air handler that they had installed less than 5 years ago was so rusted he couldn't clean it. Tried like a use car salesman to convince me the entire system, 8 year old heat pump, and 5 year old air handler needed to be replaced soon. Obviously they needed work. Now, I don't trust these guys."

After looking at the current installation he explained possible complications due to current toilet installation. Gave estimate if all went well and said if things were not installed using today’s methods (house is 70 years old), it would be a much bigger job and would need to be rescheduled for a full day. Fortunately all was ok when toilet was removed. He left, job completed, twenty minutes after the beginning of the original time window. I am very pleased with the service and work!"

They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"
