"I had a garage door seal replaced because water was getting into my garage when it rained. The repair was done quickly and the technician was really friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after a few weeks and some more rain, it turned out that the door is still not fully sealed on one side. I got in touch with him since he mentioned there was a 90-day warranty. He did reply and said he would get back to me, but I haven?t heard from him since. The issue is still there, so I?ll probably have to find someone else to fix it and pay for it again."

"Douglas Comiel (sp.?) installed a new garage door replacing our Replaced damaged door was timely, efficient, polite and checked to be sure everything I needed was done. "First, there was an opening in their schedule, so they were able to install my garage door earlier than expected. Vincent was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the steps he was going to take and why they were necessary. He made suggestions to improve the performance of the door. Vincent even helped me troubleshoot my finicky garage door opener. Before he left, Vincent cleaned my garage. When I spoke with Mike initially, he said they do not subcontract the work. They have only experienced installers. Vincent certainly seemed like a highly trained professional."
