"If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable company to repair/maintain your garage doors, the search is over when you contact Steve at Master Garage Door. I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. Thank you, Steve for being an honest business owner and establishing a top notch team!"

"Alamo Garage Doors provided an outstanding experience when my garage door stopped opening one morning. The technician arrived quickly, identified the issue with the motor, and repaired it on-site. He also checked the door’s balance and made a few adjustments that made it work smoother than before. I really appreciated their honesty and efficiency."

"Felipe did an excellent job installing a new Garage door opener with all the accessories plus rollers for my house in Wesley Chapel, Florida, today Monday March 23, 2026. He was prompt on time early at 9 am . He worked very professionally with knowledgeable expertise. It took 2 hours and he made sure everything was working fine before finishing the job. He’s friendly and courteous and clever. I’m glad I found this great service. I will not look anywhere else for my future Garage door needs. He gave us a good 3 year warranty on the equipment. I truly recommend his company for anyone interested."

"The Banko technician (Rod/Rob? sorry, can't remember name) showed up and promptly replaced cables, adjusted spring tension, straightened tracks, greased threaded opener rod, and informed me everything else was fine. In and out in less than an hour, for a lot less than I expected. He was courteous and professional (not like another company I used several years ago that told me I needed to replace all door hardware (rollers/rails), or he said everything would fail within months. The other company also told me to use silicone spray on the opener rod instead of grease, which made a mess of everything, and didn't work well). The Banko tech also let me know about options to strengthen the door for future hurricanes, and how to properly grease the opener rod and check for spring tension. Very impressed, and I will be calling Banko for all future work."

"Daniel is a pro. Caring, passionate and thorough. He replaced my garage door opener, the springs on the door and the cables, changed all the wheels and my door has never worked this well. Daniel is punctual and meticulous. He's my go-to guy for garage door. Highly recommended."
