"What sets Alamo Garage Doors apart is their comprehensive approach. During a routine opener repair, they performed a complete safety inspection and found that our door's auto-reverse feature needed adjustment."

"Great job. I called them five minutes before closing and they got somebody to my house the next day. My garage door could not close as the spring and lift mechanism became undone. Everything was fixed in no time. Good folks. Very professional."

"We called about our garage issue, and Bron showed up the same day! He assessed the situation and went to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. We will definitely call OnTrac again, for our garage door issues. Great experience"

"Chris was amazing! Called immediately after request and we setup time for estimate. Other business came and gave estimates for their most expensive items, not fixing anything. Then Chris arrives and within 30 seconds, fixes my garage door opener. He didn't try to sell or upsell anything. He offered his advice and performed maintenance on my door. He is now my go-to for this type of service! Highly recommend this business!!!"

"Did a great job installing a new garage door opener."

"Very good salesman, he and his workers had outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable and very good at their job. I was very pleased with the work. Love it! He replaced my (2) 23-year-old garage door openers with 2 new Lift Master ones. He did an excellent work of installing the new openers, removing the thrash, and explaining the functionality of the new garage door openers and their wireless operation. I would recommend others and use him again."

"Mike was very prompt and professional. He arrived on time and was able to repair my garage door quickly and completely. I believe the cost of my repair was fair and I would definitely recommend this company."

"The professional was knowledgeable and explained every detail in simple terms for me to understand the condition and recommendations for my garage. While I couldn't immediately take advantage of the opportunity to repair as recommended, I will call back to schedule an appointment."

"I had my garage door and opener replaced. I called Five Star the morning my old door fell part and someone had come out within an hour to give me a quote. I ended up picking up a new door and opener and they came back out the next morning to have it installed. The work was very professional and clean. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family."
