Gentleman came out, gave great information about the existing setup, and had the new unit in and done quickly and efficiently. They also take cash (any business that does is A+ in my book). The ONLY feedback I would share: There seems to be a disconnect between the person who calls and the person who is dispatched - similar to landscapers that outsource. The gentleman that showed up ONLY worked the garage door/opener piece, and wasn't who would handle things like the garage SIDE door or structure or flooring. Ideally, the one that calls (if they are the most knowledgeable) is doing a full assessment of everything needed, then dispatching one or two guys to tackle whatever, OR make sure that all guys are at least basic aware of level of effort for other work and can coordinate."
