"The garage door spring broke on at 7:30 pm on Saturday 8/31/2019. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, service could not be obtained until 9/3/19 from any of the Angie's list recommendations. I left a message with all of the recommended companies on 8/31/19 and Town & Country had a message on their answering machine that they would call back on Sunday 9/1/19 after 9;00 am. On Sunday at about 9:45 am, Damion called back quote a price of $99 for install and a price of $149 for a pair of replacement springs. But, due to the holiday weekend the earliest they could do the work would be on Tuesday 9/2/19. He said Brian G. would arrive from 10-12 am. Damion was thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient. Brian G. arrived as expected and quickly and efficiently removed and replace the springs in about 30 minutes. Brian did an excellent job.
