"Bini was very responsive to the request for visiting the property and providing a quote for the required work.  He also provided quotes for future work so that I may budge/plan.  After agreeing on the design, price and signing the contract, Bini stated that the new gate would ready for installation in one week.  The gate was ready for installation as promised and we scheduled all the work to be done on Saturday.  He also painted the new gate to exactly match the french door by using the manufacturer's paint.     <br /> Note:  Make sure to check all installation and repairs prior to Bini Ironwork employees leaving the job site since I called them back on-site three times to make corrections/repairs..  After installtion, chaning the locks, and repairing the railing, Bini Ironwork employees started packing up all their equipment as it appeared they were finished.  I discovered one lock was not "keyed" to match the others and I was told by one employee (not Bini) that I was to receive different keys for each lock - not according to the contract - Bini arrived and quickly corrected this.  After changing the front gate dead-bolt lock which was now in a slightly different position, the gate no longer was able to lock. I called them back to correct this since they had packed up their tools. They knotched a new hole in the old exterior wood around the security gate for the dead-bolt.  Knowly the thin strip of wood around the dead-bolt could easily be ripped apart, I called them back again (since they had packed up their tools) to include a metal strike plate.    Bini was very responsive to each request and provided instructions to his employees.  He came back the following Thursday to add additional cement for securing the front railing and to make repairs needed to allow the installed basement gate deadbolt to lock. <br /> Considering Bini's responsiveness to my requests, I would hire him again for additional iron work. <br />"

Gate Logic's President Shanna provided two quotes, one to replace the existing sensor with the same type and another to replace it with a more robust version. I chose the latter more expensive quote, but I still see it as a very good deal. Gate Logic Security worked very well in coordination with Hand H Asphalt Paving, who I recommend as well. The job went smoothly and all was completed on the same day. <br /> I have little doubt that the gate sensor will provide years of solid service as I witnessed the installation and saw the manner in which it was protected (i.e., the depth to which it was dug, the sand base and covering of the sensor so rocks don't penetrate the plastic jacket and the electrical PVC pipe for the wire from the main box to the sensor to eliminate moisture and rodent ingress / damage)."
