"The information, estimation and explanations of the project conviced us together with the good opinions of the company in internet. It was disappointing to have to wait the 2 days the project was scheduled without any call back. Finally the third time they came and worked all day in the project with an excellent quality in the installation of the gutters in our house"

"I received excellent service from Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling. ! I received a step by step explanation of the roof replacement, by the owner of the company and in terms I could understand. The quote was provided promptly as well. The pricing was fair and I shopped around before signing on with Keyprime so I know this with certainty. The roof is just beautiful and it was installed in 1 day. All of the workers, were professional. This is a company that was a pleasure doing business with! Susan"

"Nick and Mike are awesome! Great follow through and communication."

"Tom and Brandon, along with the rest of the crew, did a excellent job. They did the gutters, fascia and soffit. It looks so beautiful. They even installed my rain barrel for me. Definitely would recommend them."

"More expensive than other quotes but they finished the job quickly and professionally. We had some concerns on the roofing project after it was completed. They came out, discussed all concerns and explained the process they had used to our satisfaction"

"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."

"After receiving estimates from several companies, I hired NJR Gutters late last fall. Due to the weather, they were unable to install gutter guards on our new home until today, but the crew showed up on time, performed the job quickly and were courteous. Iâ m hoping the guards will help keep the pesky pine needles out of my gutters!"

"showed me the product, set price and did the work on the same day. I did not have any clean up to do and they cleaned the gutter that they put the covers on. I could not be any more pleased"

"Gutter Hero did a great job installing gutter guards at our family home! The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’re happy with the results and would definitely recommend their services!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
