"From our first inquiry, Ron was responsive and informative, helping us decide on the right product and color for us. Due to my wife's health, we use a wheelchair and a special lift to move her around the house, and Ron took the time to research their types of floors to be sure they installed a product that would hold up under this special use. In the estimate, Ron gave us some choices that affected our costs and advised me where it made sense to spend extra and where it did not. I never felt pressured or played, and this left me with confidence in his honesty. The work was scheduled out a few weeks because of the jobs that Performance had already committed to, and they started the work on exactly the day they said they would. Instead of taking the three days they estimate, they completed the work in two days. With my wife's mobility issues, we appreciated them completing the work more quickly than expected. Ron, Rob, and Dakota worked together efficiently, giving me the impression that they knew exactly what they needed to do. They even cut our old carpet to special measurements that I had given them so that we could use those remnants in our basement and brought the carpet down for me and even trimmed one of the pieces to fit together nicely in the areas I laid them. The floors are beautiful and, from a layman's perspective, the work and product seem to be very high quality. We had a couple very minor issues that came up, and Ron came out the next day both times to resolve these issues. We prefer carpet and would have kept what we had except for my wife's special needs, but for anyone who wants a hard floor rather than carpet, these guys know their stuff, and I would highly recommend them. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that I think they could have taken some steps to cut down on the clean-up required after they finished. I understand that there was inevitably going to be a mess, but maybe some tarps could have kept some of our furniture a little cleaner, saving me some time cleaning up."

"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. Highly recommend!"

Loved my sales person - he really cared. AND the installation teams were phenomenal! I would direct high them again. Quality flooring work. Just concerned Empire wanted my money upfront before job is done- but expect me to hang out to dry waiting for reimbursement for plumbing and possible damage to my ceiling. Wish they would just work with plumbers or plumbers apprentice to correctly reseat toilet with a spacer. . Not equitable, not right, not good business practice. Please note- I do absolutely love my floors. They are beautiful!"
