Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Blaine, MN

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"He is a very honest person. Great values. Very knowledgeable of multiple trades."

"They were great and actually handled more work than I had expected them to!"

"Hi. I would definitely hire them again. I thought he did a great job, and he was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable."

"I called Twin City Handyman to take down and remove approximately 30 feet of wooden fence that surrounded what was formerly my dog pen. They responded promptly by getting a man out the next day. The man, Kody, was extremely polite and friendly. Kody, was a no mess around kind of worker. I appreciated that. Thank you Kody. Thank you Twin City Handyman"

"Faulty plumbing performed as part of the required renovation resulted in leak into the downstairs ceiling (which was addressed promptly but the ceiling tile was still damaged) and damage to the tub surround during the install had to be repaired with a color match kit (which looks acceptable) but shouldn't have happened. Price was fair and the work was completed on time. Ultimately we are pleased with the final product and are okay with the fixes performed to address the damage done."

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"Anthony and the crew were very meticulous at the small details. I was extremely impressed with the final product if my entire inside renovation. I will hire again!"

"A great experience working with David. He was dedicated to the job start to finish, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. The electrical work was very nicely done. I love the new lighting in the basement family room and the storage and mechanical areas. Don't worry about him going from job to job. He always made us a priority. Professional, knowledgeable, and has a good group of subcontractors. He is pleasant, listens well, and I never thought that he was tired of my questions. As the job progressed, I added more work, because I saw he was doing so well with it, I kept him going fixing a bunch of other stuff around the house! Definitely hire again. I have many more projects lined up for him! My only regret was doing some work myself and not having him do it! Also, his millwork is perfection. I have never seen such perfectly mitered corners in any house I've had. Outstanding. Thanks, David! We'll talk to you soon. :o)"

"We had a really good experience with Demahom for our bathroom remodel. They did a great job bringing our vision to life and really captured the look and style we wanted. They were quick, efficient, and easy to work with, and we’re so happy with how everything came together. The finished bathroom feels like us and turned out exactly to our taste. We’d definitely recommend them!"
