I'm a dog trainer and have dogs of my own, so I was glad to hear during my estimate/consultation they would only take two or three days to tear down and replace my fence. When they were here to work on it, they decided to put in extra hours and complete it in one day, which was amazing! So happy with how they built everything and it looks so nice. My only complaints with them is that the owner called me one day and left a voice mail that they had been trying to get a hold of me for a few days to schedule a time to come out. I guess one of the managers had been calling me from a different number and wasn't leaving voice mails (I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but also who doesn't leave voice mails for something important?). My other issue was that I asked for a receipt when my deposit went through and also asked to be told when my final payment went through. Didn't get either of those notifications. Overall, their work was worth the minor inconveniences and I do appreciate their hard work."
