Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

I was given a quoted price and full description of how the work would be done. i was told when the work would begin, the sequence of events and when it would be finished. all debris was removed from he work site each day and every worker was courteous and answered any questions i asked. I have already contracted with them to install double-hung double-paned windows and we are awaiting their arrival from manufacturer."
