"We hired Dereck and his crew for a small deck and steps with handrails, tongue and groove ceiling finishes, concrete patio entrance with steps, under deck skirting closure, small eyebrow roof over a door, corrugated metal siding some walls, and staining to complete our project. Dereck and his guys were easy going, knowledgeable, transparent, communicated well, respectful, and were there to make sure we were happy with the finished job. Looking forward to working with them again in the future! Thanks guys!"

"My siding looks great! The repair looks clean and solid, and the house looks way better now."

"We originally contacted J&H to come out and look at existing joists under the house for termite damage. They came out and were very honest and said they did not see any damage and did not charge us. I then remembered that I had a report from our termite company with a blueprint of where they had treated under the house and where they said the damage was. Josh came back out and they researched underneath the house and found the termite damage. They were very honest and very reasonable and did a great job. They replaced the subflooring and joists and flooring in the kitchen. They kept us informed with pictures throughout the project. We are definitely going to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of construction or structural work done."

"This is the second time we have hired Josh. He shows up when he says, does what he says, does it well and charges a reasonable price. Josh installed gutter guards and repaired parts of our deck. I definitely recommend Josh Stanford for many of your needs, you will not be disappointed."

"4/15. On Mar 3. They showed up on time. It rain the next day. However, they mad it up in time. It was only two people and they painted and repaired my whole house in four days. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. I will definitely recommend them to anybody and will use this company again. I'm very impressed!"

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

"Absolutely recommend. Work was done quickly and professionally and at an excellent value. Our cabin needed painting in some difficult area as well as rotten log siding that needed repaired and replace on the exterior."

"We hired Rick and Jimmy to complete an unfinished installation of Hardie board siding, to install Hardie board soffets and fascia board, to replace gutters and down spouts and install new gutter screens. They did some structural repairs to weathered framing and replaced the weathered boards on our deck. They also covered our back porch with metal roofing and tied it in with our existing metal roof Built More Homes was the third contractor we worked with on this project, and one of their challenges was to tie up all the loose ends left by previous crews. We needed someone to move our project forward as well as do the finishing touches so that the project looked coherent instead of a mashup by three different companies. Right away they discovered that the previous contractors had neglected to install flashing underneath the Hardie board seams, which would have voided the warranty. They spent hours caulking and painting over exposed nails and trimming around and securing faucets and eletrical boxes. They fabricated metal coverings for our wooden gable vents and the wooden trim around our stonework. We needed a crew that was strong on attention to detail. We have learned the hard way that anyone who will let the small things slide can easily burn you on the bigger things. From the very beginning, Rick and Jimmy kept every single commitment they made to us. They answered every phone call and email promptly. They showed up to work on time, and on some of the coldest days of the year.(They worked even when the daytime temperature was in the teens.) They kept the work site clean as the job progressed and on the last couple of days of the project they even went around the house with a magnet picking up nails left by the previous crews. The quality of their work was excellent, and we're very happy with the way our house looks with it's new exterior. As an added bonus, the final bill was exactly what we expected from the initial bid, even with all the surprises incurred by finishing and repairing someone else's work. Jimmy and Rick are cordial and respectful and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They are very knowledgeable about the work they do and very creative in finding solutions to the problems presented by a 30 year old house. We highly recommend Built More Homes, and we plan to hire them again for future projects."
