Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised. Just as a side note, I was extremely impressed with Warren's attention to detail. From the quality and craftmanship of each subcontractor's work that Warren personally chose based on his experiences with these individuals, to the overall cleanness of the jobsite. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with this job. We have an incredible shop that is far better than we ever imagined it would be.
