"She was very professional with her customer service skills and her ability to give me the great finished product that I desired for an old tub.  My finished tub looks like a new one at a fantastic savings.  I did not have to have my existing tub and wall torn out to get a nice looking bath area for our guests.  
She completed the resurfacing in the estimated time and I did not have anything to clean up like previous contractors that I have used.
She gave me the instructions on how to keep my tub looking like new on a typed sheet for further referral
