"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. The workers were polite and respectful and kept me informed as they worked. Will definitely use Tri State again. Very happy with the quality work they performed."

We had a lot of confidence in him after that initial appointment. We contacted Dave through Angie's List a while after the initial appointment since we hadn't heard back from him. Unfortunately, no response. We contacted him again, but this time through his website and did get a response. He said that he was out of the office due to a family medical "distraction", but that we would have the estimate by the following morning. It is now another week later and we still haven't heard back. <br /> I understand that emergencies are part of life, and respect his decision to put his family first. As a potential customer, though, with no estimate almost a month after the original appointment, we decided to drop him from consideration for the job. <br />"

"Mike and his crew are the best!  They did a beautiful paint job which was labor intensive as I was going from a darker color to a lighter color.  He had the know how to select the proper paint to cover both brick and vinyl siding, and he hunted down the matching sized siding to repair some holes in the old.  They power washed everything before painting.  They replaced all the exterior lighting fixtures:   5 on the front porch, 2 motion detectors on the back and end of the house, 2 small lights at the doors, and added a wireless doorbell!  He replaced all exterior doorknobs and dead bolts.  They all showed up on time every day, and considering the amount of work, got it all done in a very short time.  I highly recommend this company, they are courteous and qualified. <br />"
