She took our info and we were called about 15 min later by the tech on call; Steve. "It was pricey, but there were two people working. They do a nice job. The workers are primarily newcomers to the country, so there is a language barrier. I didn't have the same people each time, so I had to explain each time what I wanted done. When you have the same people, then they know what you want in your house. That was understandable because I am not a regular. I do it periodically, not every week or something, so they plug in whoever they can. You have to schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment, as they are very busy. I am not on the priority list because I am not a regular, but they are on time for work, work hard, and are honest."
