"Excellent. We added a bathroom and a bedroom, took down paneling and completely redid the family room. These guys did all the electrical work, plumbing work, flooring, painting and everything else. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Hired Dennis Moffitt Painting to paint and repair house exterior with an initial quote of $3,000. They charged the full amount upfront instead of the agreed 20% deposit. The scope and cost of carpentry work escalated unexpectedly, I approved an additional $5000 in carpentry repairs. Zero communication until they stop work and tell me it's $17,000, so far. Months have gone by, I have never received accurate invoices or a breakdown of costs. The last one claims to have done work that they obviously didn't do. The contractor left a big piece of equipment on my property and has gone radio silent. This experience has been fraught with miscommunication, overcharging, and unprofessionalism. I would not hire this firm again."

I've done a number of building projects in the 40+ years I've lived here and Ravin is by far the finest construction company I've ever worked with. It's nice to know I never have to look for another builder. I have a hay barn in the planning stages and I'll only have it built by Ravin."
