"Recently my well water pump burned out. I called LaFrambose and they had a replacement pump installed the next day. Very polite and professional from the management right on down to the crew that did the installation. They worked well past their normal working hours in that they had a problem with the earlier job they were on and understandably as a result the arrived late.They even called me to let me know that they were going to be late and were very apologetic. "It's Sunday morning and the water is not running. I contacted Precision Well & Pump Systems to see if I could get someone over to address the issue. Got a call back within a couple of minutes of leaving a message and spoke with Darin. Fortunately, he and his son were able to come right away (they were at my door 15 minutes later!). Darin quickly identified that there was an issue with the well pump and got it replaced quickly and efficiently, getting us our water back. I mentioned that I needed to get the media in my water softener replaced, which he will come back to do later this week. We'd also been having problems with small amounts of water by the well pump tank, which was replaced about 8 months earlier by a plumber from another company. Darin has some suspicions about what may be causing this and will investigate once the system is bled for the media replacement later this week. All in all, a very positive experience. The work was done quickly, neatly, and for a reasonable price. Thank you Darin and Chris for getting us back up and running!"
