"Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property. 
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "I have a bamboo fence attached to wood posts. During one of the heavy wind storms that came through NE the post cracked and pulled down several other posts with it. UFC was prompt in providing the quote but did not follow-up to let me know when the replacement posts he needed would arrive. Luckily I was able to tie the fence temporarily to my neighbors chainlink to keep it from further damage. It was over a month before somebody called to tell me they were ready to do the job. The job they did was perfect -- cleanup not so good. That is, they left the cement pieces / stones / gravel they pulled up dispersed in my tree beds. Another not so good point -- they came and left without telling me. In summary, good actual work but not very attentive to the home owner."

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary
