Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

They left the house clean and gave thorough instructions on what to do for the next 24 hours, the maintenance and cleaning products to avoid. I asked questions which were answered promptly. The materials were as detailed when purchased. The plywood was marine grade. They did an excellent caulking job, very professional."
