After hearing a pop and a burning smell, I knew I would need an electrician, so I reached out to DLP Electric since they're not too far from where I live and received a response from Don within 20 minutes. We scheduled a time to him and his teammate to come the very next morning. Communication was great and he and his teammate arrived on time. The consultation was free and the work was very reasonably priced. I also really appreciate that they made themselves available to come out before another job that morning. And both of them were incredibly friendly and safe, wearing masks while doing the repair. Both shorted outlets were diagnosed and repaired in roughly 30 minutes. Amazing! "Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future. I believe my technicians name was Jean or Neil, i wish I remembered for sure because he was excellent."
